Workshops & Training

Enneagram workshops are customizable to the team’s objectives. Using the Enneagram as a business tool encourages organizations to engage with colleagues and clients more effectively. 

Organizations engage with the Enneagram to encourage even better ways to work within the team or with clients. Topics often begin with the basics of the Enneagram and then build to promote mindfulness, team building, healthy ways to communicate and manage conflict. Workshops can be done in-person or via Zoom.

Jen regularly travels nationally as a keynote speaker on a variety of topics. Topics are customizable.

Coaching

Coaching provides personalized and tailored guidance. This can be done alone or in addition to team workshops. When a team is implementing the Enneagram model, it’s helpful to support the change with customized solutions for each individual. Using specific aspects of the Enneagram, we will discuss content to spark dialogue and accelerate lasting growth.

Our company brought Jen in as a way to better understand each other and encourage teamwork. We also felt it would be a useful tool for employees to help them with relationships outside of work. I manage about 10 people and since we all work virtually, we wanted to offer a development opportunity the team could still do together, find useful, and enjoy.  The group workshops were engaging, fun, and informative. Additionally, Jen held one on one coaching sessions with each member of the team giving them an opportunity to ask questions and discuss personal insight they found from the training. Probably the most impactful has been the deeper understanding we now have about each other including our different viewpoints and motives. We have a common language since learning the Enneagram. Interactions that were once tense or frustrating have become more collaborative and helpful.

Discover Enneagram Types

It’s best for participants to get familiar with the Enneagram ahead of time. We provide a free online assessment or we can schedule a typing interview.


Host the Event

We facilitate virtual or in-person workshops which are designed for half day, or 1-2 day increments and decided upon by time, budget, and level of commitment.
