I wanted to do it all.

But I also feared I was missing it.

I found myself showing up to an appointment and having no recollection of driving there because I was so preoccupied with thinking, โ€œI have so much to do.โ€ 

Since I wanted to do everything, I would spend the least amount of time possible and then commit to new things the moment I had a second to spare. I would ping pong through my day, running on adrenaline and very little sleep. I was busy doing.
